(Each purchases requires a mould kit to create impression unless you have booked an appointment on the booking page )

Cancellation and Return Info

 

We hope you are happy with your order, however you do have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours. 

 

After 24 hours your mould kit will be shipped out to you and the process will begin, therefore you won’t be able to cancel it after this time.

 

If you do wish to cancel, the money will be sent back to you within 3-5 workings days.

 

Due to all of our items being custom made refunds are not eligible.
